Gregory Adesida, my father, is a man of very little words, but when provoked he can spit out a whole bible reading at you in a matter of minutes. "A strict life, is the right life, if you get in trouble your not my son..." This is a little taste of some of the seriousness he brings to his lectures. He has a fun side but you will rarely see it, their may be 1-5 minute flashes of it, but then something comes up to tick him off and I am the go to guy he vents towards. I don't really mind it at times because it can go from serious to laugh out loud at any time.
"Nothing is free, and if they say it is that person lied to you.... if its candy don't forget to share some with me." Everything he says has a meaning or a story behind it. And he also loves to play the "I raised you, you owe me card", something that I lose to all the time. Nothing gets by this man.
Now that you know the gist about my dads approach on life, in the upcoming posts try to relate his preached words with different stories from your life, as I have no choice but to every morning, I don't bring them up, he does.....
